?..If the Dog start to embark(Noice),the Baby Start to Cry

Sometimes the Babies start to cry loudly because of the dogs embarking.

How to deal this situation with the baby?

But the Dog not at the same house but from the neighbour house,since the Baby start to Cry because of the Noice of Dog.If anybody get thressed by the sound and already have any solution ? then share your part of this question.
